To achieve a successful sale, we advise you to get the promotion campaign started as soon as possible. This ensures your property attracts the biggest possible group of potential buyers, who we can approach when the sales process starts.

Making sure potential buyers know your property is on the market
We send mailings to our colleagues at the Dutch Association of Real Estate Brokers and Immovable Property Experts (NVM) and the Amsterdam Real Estate Brokers Association (MVA) to let them know your property is on the market. They can then contact their clients to update them. This enables us to keep lines of communication with potential buyers short and fast.

We also have a database of potential buyers. We identify your target group in our client database and invite them to make an appointment to view.

As soon as we register your property in the NVM intranet, all NVM and MVA real estate companies are notified too. This ensures that your property attracts maximum attention in the (regional) residential property market.

Depending on how quickly properties are selling, we also have the option of extra promotional activities. These include advertising in (online) magazines that attract your specific target group. Next steps
Depending on how quickly properties are selling, we decide which promotion is necessary at this stage. We use Google Analytics to identify which promotional activities generated website traffic in the preparation stage. This information allows us to pinpoint which new promotional activities would be worthwhile.
